Job Description:

  • As Partnerships & Business Development Officer, you will work closely with the Founder to drive business growth through strategic networking, LinkedIn marketing, B2B sales outreach, relationship management, and partnership development.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, lead generation, business development, relationship-building, and converting opportunities into business conversations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach and networking strategies to increase AVS visibility and generate leads
  • Identify, engage, and nurture B2B prospects through strategic outreach
  • Support partnership and collaboration initiatives
  • Assist with business development and sales activities
  • Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and business conversations
  • Generate qualified leads and support client acquisition efforts
  • Represent AVS professionally in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and activity reports
  • Work towards agreed business development and partnership targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn lead generation, or LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnership management, or client acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Eperience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or lead generation tools is an advantage.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly + Performance Bonuses + Commission.
