Job Description:
Are you a high-energy, results-driven sales professional looking for a role that rewards grit and strategic prospecting? We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth across our key portfolios: Oil & Gas, Construction, and Corporate Training.
Requirements:
Aggressive Prospecting: Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic LinkedIn outreach, to penetrate the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Corporate Training sectors.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Discipline is key. You will qualify leads, manage your sales pipeline with precision in our CRM, and ensure every opportunity is tracked accurately.
Relentless Follow-Up: Manage the full sales cycle for your leads, ensuring that no potential opportunity—from initial contact to follow-up—is ever neglected.
Executive Support: Brief the Managing Director (MD) ahead of high-level meetings, providing necessary context, account history, and opportunity sizing to ensure success.
Pipeline Reporting: Produce clear, honest, and actionable weekly pipeline summaries to keep the business focused on growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Personal Assistant (PA) to ensure all compliance documentation and proposal requirements are handled seamlessly for every pitch.
Qualifications and Skills:
Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven ability to generate your own leads and thrive in a prospecting-heavy environment.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or a strong understanding of sales cycles within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Corporate Training industries is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers over the phone and in writing.
CRM Proficiency: Disciplined experience using CRM software to manage sales funnels and reporting.
Resilience & Discipline: A self-starter who finds genuine satisfaction in turning cold prospects into warm meetings and closed deals.
