We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • A highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
  • The role involves ensuring efficiency in administrative processes, coordinating office activities, and supporting management and staff to maintain a productive work environment.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs. and maintenance.
  • Maintain vendors and service providers tracker.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Employee Support:

  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate staff welfare initiatives, including office events and celebrations.
  • Support with attendance tracking and leave management.

Finance & Budgeting:

  • Handle petty cash and process office-related expenses.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office operations.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Company’s website and all social media platforms.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

Facility & Security Management:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
  • Supervise office support staff, including cleaners and administrative assistants.
  • Oversee security protocols, including access control and visitor management.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Providing weekly updates on office activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
