Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performance Operations Manager to lead our integrated manufacturing and recycling facility. In the emerging circular economy, operations are not just about "output"—they are about maximizing resource recovery and process efficiency. This role is designed for a "Systems Strategist"—someone who can synchronize the intake of raw/recycled materials with high-speed manufacturing cycles.

Your mission is to serve as the engine room of the plant. You will be responsible for the entire operational lifecycle, from resource allocation and manpower planning to cost control and HSE compliance. If you have the engineering grit to manage heavy machinery and the leadership depth to drive a 24/7 industrial workforce, we want you to lead our operations.

Requirements:

1. Process Optimization & Resource Stewardship

• Operational Architecture: Plan and organize daily production and recycling workflows to ensure maximum throughput and minimal resource wastage.

• Manpower & Shift Governance: Supervise plant staff, including complex shift planning, performance management, and technical training to maintain a high-performance culture.

• Resource Optimization: Ensure the efficient use of materials, energy, and manpower, aligning operational costs with strict budgetary targets.

2. Asset Integrity & Safety Governance

• Maintenance Stewardship: Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, ensuring "zero-unscheduled-downtime" through proactive care.

• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce 100% adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, maintaining a culture of safety across all recycling and production lines.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify operational vulnerabilities—from equipment wear to supply chain bottlenecks—and implement rapid improvement initiatives.

3. Strategic Integration & Reporting

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Business Development to ensure the "Information Pipeline" supports production targets.

• Data Intelligence: Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to executive management, using KPIs to drive informed decision-making.

• Policy Engineering: Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that drive continuous improvement and scalability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Industrial Management.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within a Manufacturing or Recycling environment.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, cost control, and process optimization.
