This isn't just a job; it’s a three-year adventurous journey designed to transform ambitious graduates into future management leaders through a series of high-impact rotations.

In the Supply Chain track, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our products are brewed, packaged, and delivered with a focus on sustainability, cost-efficiency, and world-class quality.

Requirements:

Year 1: Functional & International Rotations (18 Months)

• Rotation 1 (Home Base): Start at our operating company in Nigeria. Build a solid foundation in Supply Chain operations, strategy, and the "HEINEKEN Way."

• Rotation 2 (Cross-Functional): Stay in Nigeria but switch departments. Understand how Supply Chain interconnects with Finance, Commerce, or Digital & Technology.

• Rotation 3 (Global Exposure): Take an international assignment abroad. Enhance your global mindset and adapt to a new culture and business environment.

Year 2 & 3: The Landing Phase (18 Months)

• Management Placement: Return to Nigeria to take on a significant role within the Supply Chain function. Apply your global insights and leadership tools to drive real business results in a management position.

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic & Legal Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering fields. (A Master’s degree is a plus).

• O'Levels: At least five (5) credits including Mathematics and English.

• NYSC: Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps program.

• Experience: New graduates only (Maximum 1-year post-graduation). No prior work experience is required.

• Communication: Proficiency in English is essential.

• Mobility: Must be fully globally mobile and have the right to work in Nigeria.
