Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and data-driven Marketing Manager to anchor the growth engine of the Mopheth Group. In a diversified retail and service ecosystem, success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty",
1. Strategic Governance & Fiscal Architecture
Growth Orchestration: Develop and implement high-fidelity marketing strategies that align synchronously with the Group’s long-term business goals and revenue targets.
Budgetary Stewardship: Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets with millimetric precision, ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency across all business units.
Campaign Lifecycle Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring zero-bottleneck transitions from concept to market launch.
2. Brand Integrity & Digital Ecosystem Management
Identity Synchronization: Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints, ensuring the Group’s "Source of Truth" in messaging remains uncompromised.
Content Engineering: Oversee the creation of premium marketing content and promotional materials, managing the Group's social media presence with a focus on high-engagement storytelling.
Digital Performance Optimization: Lead the Group’s digital frontier by managing SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing, utilizing data analytics to ensure optimal performance of all online channels.
3. Market Intelligence & Sales Synergy
Customer Insight Synthesis: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities, translating raw data into actionable growth recommendations.
Lead Generation Support: Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to engineer promotional activities that drive high-quality leads and seasonal sales surges.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between Logistics, Customer Service, and Product teams to ensure that marketing promises are matched by operational delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (A Master’s or Professional Certification is a major plus).
Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a senior growth role, preferably within a multi-unit or retail-heavy environment.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
