Job Description:

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into impactful campaigns, driving execution across multiple channels, and optimizing marketing performance to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and event channels to achieve business objectives
• Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to maximize results
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
• Drive customer engagement through data-driven marketing, audience segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand communications, preferably within the fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign execution, marketing automation, and multi-channel communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
• Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
