Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence in Ikeja and beyond. In this role, you will be the bridge between our products and our customers, tasked with developing high-impact marketing strategies, executing multi-channel campaigns, and actively driving sales. We are looking for a versatile professional who is as comfortable analyzing campaign data and managing digital ad placements as they are engaging with stakeholders in the field. Requirements:

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies that align with business goals. Create and execute campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, and traditional channels.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research to understand customer preferences, track competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.

• Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and brand impact.

• Event & Experiential Marketing: Organize and promote high-visibility events, conferences, and exhibitions to drive engagement.

• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and cross-functional collaborations (Sales, Product, Design).

• Relationship Management: Actively build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. Manage and update customer databases to ensure targeted distribution of marketing materials.

• Field Operations: Leverage your driving skills to facilitate field visits, distribute marketing collateral to targeted audiences, and engage with prospects in person.
