Job Description:

• Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, ensuring marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into Sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
• Manage content creation and brand messaging across all platforms to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Stay current with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

• Strong ability to close deals outright and follow up consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standard of ethics and workplace behavior.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong digital and physical marketing skills.
• Candidates should live within Ajah and its environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience with high closing skills (real estate experience is an added advantage).
