Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Marketing Executive to serve as the front line of our growth strategy. In this role, you will be a hybrid powerhouse, moving seamlessly between field-based outreach and digital lead generation. Whether you are conducting client visits, managing online sales, or crafting promotional campaigns, your primary goal is simple: drive customer acquisition and smash revenue targets. If you are a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced sales environment and possesses the grit to build relationships both in person and online, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Omnichannel Sales: Execute both field marketing (client visits, partnerships, community outreach) and digital marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

• Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales funnel—from responding to initial inquiries and nurturing prospects to closing the deal and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Promotional Execution: Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns, packages, and offers that create urgency and drive conversions.

• Performance Tracking: Own your numbers. Track daily and monthly sales performance against aggressive KPIs and provide actionable market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND.

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, ideally within retail or e-commerce.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
