We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
• Execute marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels to increase brand visibility.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms while creating engaging and relevant content.
• Coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, and partnerships to enhance brand presence.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
• Support lead generation activities and contribute to achieving business growth targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years proven experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
