Job Description:

Requirements:
1. Lead Engineering & Prospecting
Strategic Outreach: Identify and reach out to high-potential customers through various channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
Product Advocacy: Present and promote company products or services with authority, tailoring your message to solve the specific pain points of each prospect.
Conversion Mastery: Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to close deals and meet defined sales objectives.
2. Relationship Governance & Service Quality
Account Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Inquiry Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing detailed and accurate product intelligence to aid their decision-making process.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and provide field insights that improve brand positioning.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the company’s database.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management, providing insights into market trends, customer feedback, and progress toward targets.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve your sales approach by staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience: Previous sales experience is a significant advantage, particularly in a target-driven corporate environment.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
