Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy Sales and Marketing Specialist to serve as the commercial engine of our fashion and lifestyle brand in Lagos. In the Nigerian luxury and retail sector, success is a blend of cultural relevance, digital agility, and aggressive direct sales. This role is designed for a "Lifestyle Growth Hacker",a professional with 3–5 years of experience who can translate fashion trends and consumer behavior into measurable revenue growth.
Your mission is to ensure "Market Dominance and Brand Desire." You will be responsible for the entire commercial lifecycle: from designing seasonal marketing campaigns and in-store activations to managing high-value wholesale accounts and digital sales funnels. If you possess a "Target-Obsessed" mindset and the professional grit to thrive in the fast-paced Lagos fashion ecosystem, we want you to scale our brand.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning
Omnichannel Campaigning: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (online and offline) that elevate brand visibility and drive foot traffic/web conversions.
Trend Advocacy: Utilize a deep understanding of fashion market dynamics and consumer psychology to position products effectively against local and international competitors.
Launch Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional events that generate market "buzz" and immediate sales spikes.
2. Direct Sales & Relationship Diplomacy
Revenue Engineering: Drive direct sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs through aggressive prospecting and high-conversion closing techniques.
B2B & Wholesale Management: Build and maintain lucrative partnerships with corporate clients, wholesalers, and retail partners to expand the brand's physical footprint.
Customer Acquisition: Design and manage social media sales funnels and lead-generation tactics to consistently bring new high-lifetime-value (LTV) customers into the brand ecosystem.
3. Retail Operations & Performance Analytics
In-Store Activations: Manage retail promotions and in-store experiences that enhance the "touch and feel" aspect of the lifestyle brand.
Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze sales data and marketing ROI to generate actionable reports for leadership, identifying which styles, platforms, or regions are driving the most profit.
Pipeline Governance: Maintain a structured approach to lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure no high-value opportunity is lost.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of proven success, specifically within Fashion, Retail, or Lifestyle brands.
Location: Must be resident in or able to work onsite in Lagos.
