Job Description:
RightCom is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to architect our growth across Anglophone Africa. This is a high-impact regional role designed for a marketer who can blend creative storytelling with aggressive B2B lead generation.
Based in Lagos, you will be the custodian of the RightCom brand for the region, managing everything from high-level PR initiatives to granular digital campaigns. As a bilingual professional, you will bridge the gap between our regional operations and our global brand standards. If you have 2–5 years of experience in SaaS/Tech marketing and a proven ability to manage both internal strategies and external agencies, we invite you to lead our expansion.
Requirements:
1. Regional Brand Architecture & PR
Strategic Ownership: Build and execute a robust marketing and growth roadmap tailored specifically for the Anglophone African market.
Collateral Production: Lead the creation of premium marketing assets, including technical brochures, cinematic brand videos, and data-driven client success stories.
Thought Leadership: Orchestrate event sponsorships and PR initiatives that position RightCom as the definitive leader in the Experience Management (XM) industry.
2. Campaign Governance & Partner Management
Omnichannel Execution: Develop and deploy digital and offline campaigns that align with regional revenue goals, overseeing the full content calendar and email nurturing sequences.
Agency Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced PR, media, and marketing agencies, ensuring their output meets RightCom’s premium standards.
Vendor ROI: Rigorously track and report on partner performance, ensuring maximum value on every marketing investment.
3. Analytics & Performance Optimization
Data Intelligence: Track real-time campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize ROI and scale successful tactics.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified and authoritative brand voice across all digital and physical channels in the region.
Reporting: Deliver comprehensive monthly reports to management, linking marketing activities directly to business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the SaaS or Technology sectors.
Linguistic Mastery: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, enabling seamless collaboration across RightCom’s African operations.
Core Competencies
Technical Stack: Proficient in SEO, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, and Analytics tools.
