Job Description:

• We are looking for a Marketing Officer to coordinate daily sales activities, ensure prompt processing of Sales Representatives’ orders, and support market intelligence for smooth sales execution and timely management insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Efficiently process and coordinate Sales Representatives’ orders to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Activity Monitoring: Monitor daily sales activities to ensure smooth execution and identify areas for improvement.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor and market surveys to gather insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive sales and market feedback reports to management.
• Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Sales Representatives, operations, and management to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Marketing Support: Provide valuable field insights to support marketing planning and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of Tally is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organization, reporting, and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: HND / B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or within the FMCG/cosmetics industry.
