Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Logistics Manager to anchor the distribution engine of Reckitt. In a global FMCG landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the clearing cycle and the precision of the tariff classification success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize regional logistics strategies with the clinical precision required for Warehouse Operations, Freight Optimization, and 3PL Management. This role is designed for a "Supply Chain Architect", specifically a professional with at least 3 years of experience in Warehousing and Freight who can blend "Commercial Grit" (driving savings through global tenders and managing monthly accounts) with the "Technical Agility" required to ensure full SQC adherence and audit compliance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Framework Governance

• Sovereignty of Agreement: Set up SLAs with all service providers and manage KPIs within the terms of agreement with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Service Standards."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure all audit requirements are met and all SOPs/Work Instructions are strictly adhered to, providing the "Structural Foundation" for logistics integrity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee the correct classification of tariffs and duties, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Optimization Logic

• Resource Sovereignty: Optimize vehicle utilization for outbound deliveries and container utilization for imports, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Efficiency."

• Cost Architecture: Drive the global tendering process to derive savings and service improvements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for commercial excellence.

• Operational Stewardship: Manage and control all 3PL logistics suppliers, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence and SQC Adherence."

3. Operational Integrity & Financial Power

• Stewardship of Capital: Manage monthly accounts and ensure payments are made within agreed timelines, acting as the primary "Source of Supplier Trust."

• Analytical Architecture: Utilize advanced data analytics to track FO, FI, and WH activities, providing the "Relational Foundation" for business expectation alignment.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of FMCG logistics expertise to accelerate the "Inbound-to-Customer" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Supply Chain Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Warehousing and freight management (FMCG/Logistics sector preferred).

• Technical Power: Mastery of Warehouse Operations, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain Planning.
