Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Warehouse / Logistics Manager (Grade 6) to anchor the supply chain engine of Food Concepts in Abuja. In a specialized food industry landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the distribution and the precision of the temperature/quality control success is defined by "Supply Chain Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-hub logistics with the clinical precision required for Materials Flow Optimization, Route Planning, and Asset Management. This role is designed for a "Logistics Architect" with a First Degree (Social/Physical Sciences) and 5–6 years of experience (specifically in the QSR/Food sector) who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing drivers and heavy lifting) with the "Strategic Agility" required to identify cost-saving measures and maintain Lean Six Sigma standards.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Warehouse Governance

• Logistics Sovereignty: Strategically plan and manage transportation and customer service within the inventory team, acting as the primary "Source of Distribution Flow."

• Flow Architecture: Ensure the timely receipt and storage of goods while optimizing material movement, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted production and store operations.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance (KPIs), ensuring the "Source of Operational Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Risk Logic

• Loss Sovereignty: Implement preventative maintenance and security measures to minimize stock losses and wastage, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Protection."

• Logistics Architecture: Manage drivers and ancillary staff while processing shipments and planning routes, providing the "Functional Foundation" for regional hub connectivity.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to laws, regulations, and OHS&E requirements, maintaining the "Source of Workplace Safety."

3. Strategy, Advisory & Financial Power

• Cost Sovereignty: Identify and implement cost-saving measures to reduce storing and handling expenses, acting as the primary "Source of Working Capital Efficiency."

• Team Architecture: Supervise, coach, and train the inventory team to meet productivity and accuracy targets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for professional growth.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–6 years of QSR logistics expertise to resolve lead-time bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Supply Throughput" in Abuja.
