Responsibilities
- Provide legal Advice and guidance on various matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standard
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)
- Professional certification (e.g Bar Association)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, Negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Age range: 25 - 40 (Male).
