We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• As a Key User – Anura Supply Planning, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to OMP 2.0 as part of the Anura project.
• You will be the go-to expert for supply planning systems, working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the team on the project, supporting the production and material planning teams in Nigeria Opco.
• Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition to the new planning platform while optimizing current systems (SAP and OMP) for operational excellence.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the process complexity across our product portfolio. Your insights and system expertise will help shape the future of supply planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key user and systems expert for SAP and OMP within the Anura project.
• Lead the transition to OMP 2.0, including testing, validation, sign-off Sprint and UAT tests.
• Collaborate with supply planners, production teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
• Represent Nigeria OpCo in global and regional planning system discussions as may be required.
• Provide input on system design, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Support change management and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
• Work with the cluster SME to customize global training materials/working instructions and end user training.
• Check and ensure clean master data as part of the entry criteria for deployment.
• Support SME in improvement projects and follow up with business where needed.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (in supply chain related courses)
• Passionate about planning systems like SAP and OMP.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning.
• Strong understanding of local and regional FMCG or dairy operations.
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BW, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in English 
• A proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Eager to learn and master new system /affinity with technology
• Willing and able to travel within the locations of your cluster and if needed to the location of workshops.
