AR/AP Management: Direct the flow of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to maintain healthy vendor relationships and steady cash inflows.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Periodic Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing the data necessary for strategic decision-making.
Statutory Governance: Ensure 100% compliance with tax regulations (WHT, VAT, CIT) and other statutory requirements in Nigeria.
Audit Support: Act as a key support pillar during internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is organized and audit-ready.
3. Budgeting & Internal Control
Forecasting Support: Assist the finance team in budget preparation and financial forecasting to help the organization plan for growth.
Documentation Control: Maintain a rigorous filing system for financial records, ensuring data protection and easy retrieval for compliance filings.
