Job Description:
- Oversee inventory management and stock monitoring to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Receive and dispatch goods to and from the correct storage locations.
- Follow established procedures for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and compile orders based on stock needs or par levels.
- Maintain clear, organized records of all reports, invoices, and inventory data.
- Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement (PAR) levels for all stocked items to avoid shortages.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and agreed quantities.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
- Process store requisition forms, ensuring proper authorization and documentation in the Inventory Management System.
- Perform inventory audits to assess stock levels and requirements.
- Complete requisition forms for necessary supplies and materials.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management or supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory management, stock control, or storekeeping.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock data.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
