This role is designed for a "Demand Architect", a professional with proven experience who can blend "Mathematical Grit" with the technical expertise required to master ERP systems and forecasting methodologies.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Friction Stock Availability and Capital Efficiency." If you possess an "Analytical Mind," exceptional organizational skills, and a track record of achieving cost-effective supplier deals, we want you to drive our inventory excellence.

Requirements:

1. Inventory Control & Process Engineering

  • Procedure Optimization: Devise and implement advanced inventory control methodologies to streamline tracking and reduce operational waste.

  • Shortage Mitigation: Conduct rigorous inspections of business supplies and raw materials to proactively identify and resolve potential shortages before they impact production.

  • Distribution Alignment: Ensure stock levels are strategically balanced across all distribution channels to meet direct customer demand without over-extension.

2. Data Orchestration & Forecasting

  • System Stewardship: Utilize ERP and inventory management software to monitor real-time demand and document precise characteristics of stock movements.

  • Predictive Analysis: Apply advanced data analysis and forecasting methods to anticipate future stock requirements, avoiding both insufficiencies and excessive surpluses.

  • Reconciliation Integrity: Record daily deliveries and shipments with surgical accuracy to ensure internal ledgers perfectly match physical warehouse counts.

3. Supplier Governance & Collaboration

  • Vendor Ecosystem Management: Evaluate and rank suppliers to secure cost-effective deals while fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and internal departments to ensure inventory goals align with broader business objectives.

  • Executive Reporting: Provide high-level stock status reports to upper management, highlighting critical issues, turnover rates, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or a similar leadership role in a warehouse/logistics environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Working knowledge of inventory management software (ERP) and high proficiency in data analysis tools.

Core Competencies

  • Mathematical Grit: Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately track complex inventory data and create high-fidelity reports.

  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional planning skills with a focus on detail and reliable execution.

  • Communication Synergy: Outstanding interpersonal abilities required to lead warehouse teams and negotiate with external suppliers.
