Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join our team at our location on Enugu-Port Harcourt Road, New Artisan Bridge, Enugu. You will be responsible for maintaining precise stock levels, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring our inventory systems are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can maintain an orderly warehouse environment while supporting our overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Stock Monitoring: Track daily inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical inventory with system records to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Logistics Management: Oversee the receipt of new deliveries, inspect items for quality and quantity, and manage the dispatch process for outbound shipments.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of all inventory movements, prepare daily/weekly stock reports, and update inventory management software.

• Supply Optimization: Alert management to low stock levels to initiate timely reordering, preventing shortages or overstocking.

• Warehouse Organization: Implement and maintain efficient storage solutions to ensure easy access to goods and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with current demand.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience: Relevant academic qualifications and proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain administration.
