Job Description:
- The Internal Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, working closely with clients to fill positions efficiently with top candidates.
- This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking across multiple pipelines, and excellent communication with clients
Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Communication:
- Liaise with clients to gather job briefs and clarify role requirements.
- Provide consistent updates to clients on the status of their roles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-up communications.
Recruitment Coordination:
- Submit qualified profiles to clients professionally and on time.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to ensure candidate alignment.
Process Improvement & Oversight:
- Identify bottlenecks or delays in the recruitment process and escalate where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Internal HR Manager to develop and refine recruitment processes and SOPs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to timelines and client expectations.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Document all communications, role updates, and feedback accurately.
- Maintain organized records of candidate submissions and client correspondence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness of client updates and candidate submissions.
- Client satisfaction and feedback.
- Interview-to-shortlist conversion rate.
- Role Fill rate within agreed timelines.
- Coordination effectiveness with external recruiters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles across various industries.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), job boards, and sourcing platforms.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
Salary
