Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Draft HR letters, memos, and employee communications.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team.
