Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate training programs, team-building activities, and capacity development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.

• Conduct performance appraisals and support employee performance management systems.

• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and support disciplinary processes.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HR principles and Nigerian labour laws.

• Ability to relate effectively with chefs and manage difficult personalities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Professional, confidential, and solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

• Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM are an added advantage.

• 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
