Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and process-oriented Human Resources Administrators to anchor the people engine of our South-South and South-East regional operations. In the specialized landscape of fast-paced business divisions, success is defined by "Regional Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize local staffing needs with the clinical precision required for End-to-End Recruitment, On-boarding, and Policy Enforcement. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 4 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving people-related enquiries and complaints) with the "Analytical Agility" required to re-engineer HR processes and facilitate regular refresher trainings.

Requirements:

1. Talent Orchestration & Regional Governance

  • Staffing Sovereignty: Manage recruitment, selection, and on-boarding within the region, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Throughput."

  • Policy Architecture: Partner with business unit managers to ensure strict compliance with HR policies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for regional leadership capability.

  • Resolution Stewardship: Serve as the first point of contact for people-related enquiries and complaints, ensuring the "Source of Workplace Harmony" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Skill Logic

  • Training Sovereignty: Facilitate regular refresher trainings and monitor on-the-job implementation, acting as the primary "Source of Skills Consistency."

  • Engagement Architecture: Coordinate staff engagement programs and meetings to identify workplace issues, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for pragmatic solutions.

  • Reporting Stewardship: Document and report the outcomes of regional meetings to senior leadership, maintaining the "Source of Operational Visibility."

3. Operational Integrity & Process Power

  • Re-engineering Sovereignty: Apply a process-oriented mindset to improve and optimize HR functions, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Efficiency."

  • Capability Architecture: Build the leadership capacity of unit managers in staff management, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a high-performing regional team.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 4 years of fast-paced HR experience to troubleshoot regional staffing challenges in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Human Capital Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR Management functions within a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Second Class Lower).

  • Certifications: CIPM, CIPD, or equivalent is a strong added advantage.

  • Preferred Background: Strong experience in Recruitment and Training.
