Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and process-driven Human Resources Officer to anchor the personnel engine of our Akure-based operations. In the specialized landscape of professional consulting and corporate structure, success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize human capital with the clinical precision required for Recruitment, Payroll Governance, and Staff Reporting. This role is designed for a "People Architect" with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing daily HR systems and payroll) with the "Analytical Agility" required to drive organizational structure and performance management.

Requirements:

1. Structural Orchestration & Governance

  • Organizational Sovereignty: Manage core HR functions and drive formal structure across the company, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Order."

  • Compliance Architecture: Ensure all HR practices align strictly with Nigerian labor laws and regulations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for legal integrity.

  • Reporting Stewardship: Oversee staff reporting and HR data accuracy, ensuring the "Source of Personnel Visibility" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Talent Logic

  • Acquisition Sovereignty: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Integration."

  • Performance Architecture: Handle appraisal cycles and performance management frameworks, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for workforce optimization.

  • Payroll Stewardship: Manage payroll administration with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Financial Trust" for all employees.

3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power

  • System Sovereignty: Manage and optimize HR information systems (HRIS) to improve daily operations, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Efficiency."

  • Management Architecture: Utilize strong people management skills to resolve internal grievances and foster culture, providing the "Relational Foundation" for staff retention.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize consulting-sector experience to pivot HR strategies in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Human Resources (Consulting background is a strong advantage).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of Nigerian Labor Laws and HR best practices.

  • Location: Candidates must be based in Akure, Ondo State.
