We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the HR department in implementing policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

Handle employee relations and promptly address staff concerns.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist with performance management processes.

Provide HR reports to management as required.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and update job descriptions and job ads across platforms.

Requirements:

B.Sc. / HND qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2 - 3 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
