Job Description:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Handle payroll, benefits, and attendance systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Address employee relations, grievances, and performance issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee daily office administration and facility management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and service providers
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and staff events
- Support overall organizational efficiency and employee engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office operations
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Salary
