Job Description:
We are expanding our professional pharmacy team and are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join us in Ikeja. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support to our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility. Whether you are assisting a client with a prescription or managing our medical inventory, your focus will be on providing excellent care and maintaining a high standard of clinical organization.

Requirements:
Customer Care & Prescription Support
Patient Interaction: Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, providing a friendly and empathetic service environment.
Prescription Assistance: Support the pharmacists in receiving and organizing prescriptions, ensuring that all patient information is handled accurately.
Guidance: Offer basic information on over-the-counter products and health-related items under the supervision of the pharmacist.
Pharmacy Operations & Logistics
Pharmacist Support: Assist licensed pharmacists with daily clinical and administrative tasks to optimize workflow.
Inventory Management: Monitor, organize, and restock medications and healthcare products to prevent stock-outs and ensure product availability.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and professional organization of the pharmacy shelves, consultation areas, and storage rooms.
Administration & Records
Data Management: Handle customer records with strict attention to detail and confidentiality.
Digital Literacy: Use computer systems to log transactions, update inventory, and manage basic administrative duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Background: Basic knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy operations is considered a strong advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Core Competencies
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse customers.
Pace & Accuracy: Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
