Job Description:

Alternative Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth through the identification, development, and execution of alternative business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share across target regions.
  • Manage key customer relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives to ensure retention and long-term growth.

Business Growth Strategies:

  • Develop and implement the company's commercial growth strategy, focusing on market expansion and diversification of revenue streams, especially in emerging energy markets.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial strategy with the company’s vision and overall objectives.

Drive Business Operations Profitability:

  • Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures to ensure profitability across all business units and existing businesses.
  • Work closely with the project development and finance teams to ensure that commercial activities align with the company's financial performance and investment goals.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of creating and executing long term commercial strategy that has driven sustainable revenue growth.
  • Business Operation Management Expertise: Strong track record in managing existing businesses, optimising revenues, reducing cost of operations and delivering year on year higher profitability, particularly in the energy sector.
  • Fund Raising Financial Acumen: Fund Raising Track Record in structuring and securing financing for conventional and renewable energy projects. Strong.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.
