Job Description:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across healthcare segments (e.g., hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharma, medical devices, etc.).
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing models.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve client issues with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
Presentations & Communication:
- Deliver high-quality presentations and product/service demonstrations to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Commercial Strategy & Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Understanding of healthcare processes and healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience working with hospitals, payers, or healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, local health authority regulations).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial/sales role within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven experience in B2B, B2C sales, contract negotiation, and client account management.
