Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, creative Graphic Designer to translate our brand’s goals into compelling visual narratives. This is a role for a designer who understands that great design is a marriage of art and strategy. You will be responsible for informing and inspiring our audience across multiple channels—from digital campaigns and social media to physical promotional materials.
As our visual expert, you will advise management on the best creative strategies for diverse audiences while ensuring our "look and feel" remains premium and consistent. Requirements:
1. Brand Identity & Strategy
Strategic Advisory: Advise leadership on visual trends and creative strategies to effectively reach specific audience segments across diverse media channels.
Consistency Governance: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring every output—from internal memos to massive billboards—adheres to our tone of voice and visual identity.
Concept Development: Develop innovative design concepts in line with our brand proposition for advertising, posters, and digital media.
2. Creative Execution & Multi-Media Production
Visual Storytelling: Create high-quality images, illustrations, and layouts for logos, product flyers, and websites that convey complex ideas simply.
Copy & Layout Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare copy and design layouts for newsletters, brochures, and integrated campaigns.
Advanced Media: (Bonus) Leverage skills in Motion Design and Illustration to create dynamic content for electronic media and high-engagement digital ads.
3. Collaboration & Operational Management
Team Synergy: Work closely with the Marketing Team and Community Manager to conceptualize and execute attention-grabbing promotional campaigns.
Project Documentation: Manage the administrative side of design, including preparing management reports, correspondence, and project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all production files are of the highest professional standard, optimized for both print and digital delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc or HND in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of media.
Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of industry-leading design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
