Oilserv Limited is seeking a high-caliber Graphics Specialist to translate our brand strategy and complex engineering objectives into compelling visual narratives. As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, you will ensure that every touchpoint—from high-stakes tender presentations to large-scale exhibition booths—reflects the professionalism, scale, and excellence of a leading Pan-African EPC company.
This role requires a unique blend of creative flair and brand discipline. You will be responsible for maintaining a unified visual identity across all platforms, ensuring that Oilserv’s messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful. Requirements:
1. Corporate Brand & Strategic Design
Executive Collateral: Design and produce high-quality corporate materials including Annual Reports, Newsletters, Corporate Profiles, and high-impact presentations for stakeholders.
Brand Governance: Act as the primary guardian of Oilserv’s visual identity, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, typography, and color theory across all outputs.
Informational Graphics: Translate complex engineering data and business milestones into clear, engaging infographics and visual storytelling assets.
2. Multi-Channel Digital & Event Branding
Digital Ecosystem: Create "thumb-stopping" visual content for Oilserv’s website, social media, and digital campaigns, ensuring assets are optimized for reach and engagement.
Large-Scale Branding: Design massive-format assets for conferences and exhibitions, including booth layouts, backdrops, and environmental signage.
Production Management: Liaison with vendors and fabricators to oversee the transition from digital design to physical production, ensuring high-quality finishes on all branded merchandise and banners.
3. Technical Quality & Internal Support
Pre-Press Mastery: Prepare final artwork files with expert-level precision in color management (CMYK/RGB), resolution, and bleeds for flawless printing.
Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized digital asset library and version control system to ensure company-wide access to updated brand elements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Business Development, and Engineering teams to interpret technical concepts into fit-for-purpose visuals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience, ideally within an EPC, Energy, or Industrial sector.
Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-end corporate design and branding.
Technical Competencies
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics (After Effects) is a strong plus.
Design Thinking: Strong understanding of layout, corporate branding, and visual storytelling.
Production IQ: Solid knowledge of print production processes, paper stocks, and digital specifications.
Detail Orientation: "Zero-defect" approach to proofing and final artwork preparation.
