Job Description:
- As our General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within the organization, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
- This position involves managing day-to-day activities, leading departments, coordinating resources, and making key decisions that drive the company's success.
- The GM will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, improve performance, and ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the company, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all departments.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams by providing clear direction, motivation, and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and ensure staff accountability.
- Manage and control budgets, ensuring effective cost management and resource allocation.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze profitability, and propose strategies to enhance financial performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in operational management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Must enjoy challenges and be adaptable.
