Alpha’s Touch is a fast-growing laundry business in Lagos, dedicated to providing top-quality laundry and dry-cleaning services with a focus on convenience, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Located in the central part of Lagos, Nigeria. We pride ourselves in offering "quality & affordable" laundry services within the City, with pickup & delivery options. A larger percentage of our clientele are working-class people, who outsource their laundry needs / worries.

Job Description:

• The Business Manager will develop business strategies, oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in the laundry/service industry (preferred).

Requirements:

• Operations Management: Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and timely service delivery.
• Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, expand customer base, and enhance brand visibility.
• Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service standards, and managing feedback.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Marketing & Sales: Drive promotional campaigns, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Vendor & Inventory Management: Ensure adequate supplies, negotiate with vendors, and maintain inventory control.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates should possess a Degree in a known & reputable Nigerian University. OND/HND/BSC/BA
• Ample experienceas amanager/ supervisor in laundry, hospitality, or service industries.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in basic business, marketing, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and business software is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.
