Job Description:
- Manage front office staff, including Guest Relations Officer, Guest Reservation Officers, Receptionists, Concierge, Porters, and Bellboys.
- Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and billing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain front office records and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with possible professional certifications.
- 6+ years of experience in a front office management role in a 4 and 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
