About Company:

Vintano Hotel is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. 

Job Description:

  • Manage front office staff, including Guest Relations Officer, Guest Reservation Officers, Receptionists, Concierge, Porters, and Bellboys.
  • Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and billing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain front office records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with possible professional certifications.
  • 6+ years of experience in a front office management role in a 4 and 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
