Job Description:
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain guest records and process payments
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance
- Uphold confidentiality of guest data and transactions.
Requirements:
- Communication
- Multitasking
- POS handling
- Basic accounting,
- MS Excel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field
- Experience: 1 – 3 years in hotel or short-let guest management.
Salary
