Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
- Monitor and manage the reception email account and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the organization to callers and visitors and,
- Assist in the Spa operations whenever needed and,
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
- 0 years experience
- Experience in a corporate or customer service environment is preferred.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent communication
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
- Good initiative, time and stress management skills.
