FRONT DESK OFFICER AT TRUSTBANC GROUP

About Company:

TrustBanc Group is the Asset Management arm of the Group and focuses mainly on Asset Management products and Client relationship Management. They develop various products for the group as well as generate liabilities to manage those products. Over the years, we have effectively rendered advisory services to various quoted companies in Nigeria and public corporations. We are currently working as Financial Adviser on different capital raising projects.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Description:

• Serve as the first point Of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors by welcoming them in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, route inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Coordinate visitor access, manage meeting room schedules, and maintain appointrnent logs.
• Handle documentation and dispatches, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier management. provide administrative support to departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document formatting.
• Support the smooth flow Of internal communications and uphold client service.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years Of proven experience in a front desk or administrative role within the financial services sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Client-focused with a keen attention to detail and a pleasant, positive demeanor.
