Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Front Desk Officer to anchor the first-impression engine of our IT operations. In a specialized technology landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the response and the precision of the greeting success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize visitor management with the clinical precision required for Call Routing, Appointment Scheduling, and Administrative Support. This role is designed for a "Communications Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree or OND/HND who can blend "Relational Grit" (handling complex inquiries) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain a high-fidelity reception area and secure visitor logs.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Communications Governance
First-Contact Sovereignty: Greet and attend to all stakeholders with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Identity."
Correspondence Architecture: Manage incoming calls, emails, and physical mail, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless cross-departmental communication.
Information Stewardship: Provide high-fidelity information about company services (Sales, Tech Support), ensuring the "Source of Client Direction" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Operations Logic
Schedule Sovereignty: Manage appointments and conference room bookings, acting as the primary "Source of Spatial Efficiency."
Security Architecture: Maintain visitor logs and enforce security protocols, providing the "Functional Foundation" for office safety and asset protection.
Supply Stewardship: Monitor office inventory and coordinate replenishment, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
3. Operational Integrity & Support Power
Administrative Sovereignty: Support internal teams with data entry, filing, and document management, acting as the primary "Source of Administrative Continuity."
Logistical Architecture: Receive and distribute deliveries and packages with high-fidelity accuracy, providing the "Relational Foundation" for supply chain flow.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook to resolve scheduling abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Office Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or OND / HND in Business Administration or Office Management.
Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
