Job Description:

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) are available.
  • Greet and warmly welcome guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival.
  • Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and provide accurate information as needed.
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, or take detailed messages.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming letters, packages, and deliveries.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails in a timely manner.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain updated records, files, and documentation.
  • Track office expenses and support cost-management activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, such as arranging travel, managing schedules, or other administrative tasks.
