Job Description:
This position is for a Law Firm and only candidates who live around Ajah/Sangotedo should apply.
Key Job Responsibilities.
- Correspondence/mail management
- Call/communication administration incoming calls & inquiries.
- Clients relationship management; clients administration and support.
- Receive visitors and manage inquiries about the firm services information.
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep a record of all law books in the firm and Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Front office and general office ambiance and visitors schedules.
- Supporting events, receptions and high-level visits, both technically and logistically.
- Provides high standard and efficient support in all aspects of operations and office administration.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation.
