Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries and pitching the different training and services of the organization.
- Assist in monitoring customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Work with the Corporate Communications team to boost customer referrals and conversions.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely manner and keep records.
- Assist in client conversion and lead generation.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment processing.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to addressing needs.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Access to a Functional Laptop
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or client engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of sales processes, client retention strategies, or customer success best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduates or NYSC corps members (0–1 year experience).
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
