Job Description:

  • Manage the COO’s calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
  • Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of the COO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Serve as a communication link between the COO, staff, and external partners.
  • Monitor project deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide operational support to ensure the COO’s office functions efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced environment.
