Job Description:
- Manage the COO’s calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of the COO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Serve as a communication link between the COO, staff, and external partners.
- Monitor project deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Provide operational support to ensure the COO’s office functions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in healthcare or a fast-paced environment.
