Job Description:

Are you a tech-savvy creative with a passion for the beauty industry? A high-profile Professional Makeup Artist (MUA) is looking for a Smart, Reliable, and Proactive Personal Assistant to join their brand. This isn't a desk job; it is a fast-paced, "behind-the-scenes" role that places you at the heart of luxury beauty, high-fashion shoots, and celebrity events.

You will be the "Right Hand" to the Principal, ensuring the brand runs smoothly through social media management, logistics support, and on-site assistance. If you are a young professional living in the Yaba area who is ready to travel and work the "beauty industry hours" (including late nights and weekends), we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

1. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Digital Storytelling: Capture high-quality "Behind-the-Scenes" (BTS) footage, reels, and photos during makeup sessions.

  • Platform Management: Assist in scheduling and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels to maintain brand visibility.

  • Trend Spotting: Keep the Principal updated on the latest viral beauty trends and sounds to ensure content remains relevant.

2. On-Site Support & Travel Coordination

  • Kit Management: Assist in the set-up and pack-down of professional makeup kits, ensuring all products are sanitized and organized.

  • Principal Support: Travel with the Artist to various locations (weddings, shoots, private bookings) to provide administrative and physical support during jobs.

  • Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure the Principal arrives at bookings on time with everything needed for the task.

3. Booking Management & Administration

  • Client Liaison: Manage the booking calendar, responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments with precision.

  • General Operations: Handle basic administrative tasks, follow-ups, and errands that free up the Artist to focus on the creative work.

  • Communication: Maintain a professional brand voice when communicating with high-value clients and vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of an OND holder.

  • Age Bracket: 26 years and below (Ideal for early-career professionals).

  • Location: Must reside within Yaba or its immediate environs for easy accessibility.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be ready to work late hours, travel frequently, and work on Saturdays.

Core Competencies

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using social media apps and mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).

  • Reliability: A high level of integrity and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

  • Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance suitable for luxury client environments.
