Requirements:
1. Client Experience & Visitor Management
Brand Ambassadorship: Greet every visitor with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department seamlessly.
Communication Hub: Manage the central switchboard—answering, screening, and directing calls and emails with speed and accuracy.
Reception Governance: Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the company’s high standards at all times.
2. Administrative Coordination & Logistics
Schedule Orchestration: Manage meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and staff appointments to prevent scheduling conflicts.
Information Management: Assist with essential administrative tasks, including data entry, professional filing, and the preparation of office documents.
Mail & Distribution: Oversee the receipt and sorting of all incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring they reach the correct internal stakeholders promptly.
3. Security & Operational Support
Access Control: Enforce office security procedures at the front desk, ensuring all visitors are properly identified and logged.
Departmental Synergy: Coordinate closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth daily operations and resolve frontline issues quickly.
Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professional judgment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a high-touch Customer Service role.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
