We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst to support our Enterprise Automation Programme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business use cases suitable for automation using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• This role is critical to driving operational efficiency and delivering value across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze business processes and workflows.
• Identify and prioritize use cases for automation based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct gap analysis and assess current processes for automation readiness.
• Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, and documentation for automation candidates.
• Work closely with the RPA and AI development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support the creation of business cases for automation initiatives, including ROI and efficiency metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover automation opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of implemented automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within automation, digital transformation, or IT projects.
• Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and value delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in telecoms or enterprise-scale environments.
