About Company:

At Kaego, our mission is to inspire, educate and empower individuals through transformative travel experiences that foster cultural understanding, personal growth, and global citizenship.

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO with a profound orientation toward Operations and Execution. This is not a traditional support role; it is a high-trust, high-impact position for a disciplined operator who will function as the CEO’s "right hand."

You will manage the CEO’s office as a Control Tower, ensuring that high-level priorities are translated into ground-level execution. You will be responsible for driving alignment across cross-functional teams, optimizing operational workflows, and—most importantly—protecting the CEO’s time, focus, and energy. If you are a strategic thinker who finds joy in clarity, speed, and organizational excellence, this role is your next frontier.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Alignment & The "Control Tower"

  • Priority Translation: Take the CEO’s vision and strategic goals and break them down into actionable milestones for the leadership team.

  • Project Orchestration: Oversee and track the progress of key strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and bottlenecks are removed before they reach the CEO's desk.

  • Meeting Governance: Manage the rhythm of the business by preparing agendas, ensuring participants are briefed, and driving post-meeting accountability.

2. Operational Excellence & Flow

  • Process Optimization: Identify friction points in the organization’s daily operations and design leaner, faster workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Information Synthesis: Act as a filter for information flowing to the CEO; summarize complex reports, data, and proposals into concise, high-impact briefings.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the CEO and department heads, ensuring that all teams are moving in sync with the organization's core mission.

3. Executive Advocacy & Office Management

  • Time & Focus Protection: Manage the CEO's calendar with a strategic lens, prioritizing high-value engagements and "Deep Work" sessions over routine distractions.

  • Communication Management: Handle high-level correspondence and internal/external communications with the tone, precision, and confidentiality required of the CEO’s office.

  • Special Projects: Lead sensitive or high-stakes "one-off" projects that require a mix of research, negotiation, and rapid execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience

  • Operations Background: Proven experience in operations, project management, or a "Chief of Staff" style role.

  • High-Stakes Support: Prior experience supporting a C-Suite executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strategic Fluency: Ability to understand business models, financial metrics, and market dynamics quickly.

Core Competencies

  • Disciplined Execution: You don't just "manage" tasks; you own them until they are perfected.

  • Discretion & Trust: Unwavering integrity and the ability to handle highly sensitive information.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to read the room, manage diverse personalities, and build influence without formal authority.

  • Proactive Intuition: The ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and address problems before they are articulated.
